A fantastic, award winning recruitment company based in Milton Keynes is looking for experienced recruitment consultant to join the team. This role will be recruiting consultant level doctors for Medicine/Pathology

This is a full 360 recruitment role so experience in business development as well as candidate attraction is crucial. This company is a true success story of hard work, coupled by the desire to be the UK No1 provider of medical recruitment services. This really is a company at the top of its game.

You must have an understanding of the National Frameworks and be familiar with techniques to grow and expand your book. My client is part of all the national frameworks and has PSL agreements with most major trusts throughout the UK. You can expect to be supported throughout this growth journey, with a state of the art back office system and infrastructure. This isn’t a cold start up and funds are available for extensive advertising and development. You will be working in an office of 50 plus recruiters.

You must have a minimum of 12 months Medical recruitment experience either within Doctors, nursing or AHP and a solid understanding of the National Frameworks
